Minic Media was founded in 2020 with one goal: build the last agency a business will ever need. Not a vendor that delivers files and disappears — a production partner that understands business objectives and builds video content that drives measurable results.

What started as a solo operation in Tri-Cities, Washington has grown into a full-service production company with clients across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Our most recognized work came from a years-long partnership with Purelight Power (Solgen Power) — a collaboration that contributed to their placement as the #3 fastest-growing company in the United States on the 2021 Inc. 5000.

That engagement taught us something important: when video production is embedded in a company's growth strategy — not bolted on as an afterthought — it becomes one of the highest-leverage marketing investments a business can make. We now apply that philosophy to every client we work with, regardless of size or industry.

Greg Ramos is the founder and lead creative at Minic Media. He directs every production — from initial strategy and scripting through the final color grade. His background spans commercial cinematography, brand strategy, and digital marketing, which gives him an unusual ability to bridge the gap between creative execution and business outcomes.

Greg has led productions across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho — from hypercar films and commercial campaigns to wedding films and corporate interviews. His approach is direct: understand the business goal first, then build the production strategy that achieves it.

When he's not on set, Greg is typically behind a lens shooting motorsport, landscape, or architectural photography across the Pacific Northwest.
